Brief Answer:
You are HIV free and lesions not related to STD/HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

I saw the picture sent by you.

The lesions present outer skin of penis looks like Fordyce's papules. It is a benign non harmful condition with no clinical importance and can be ignored.

The lesions inside the foreskin might be due some irritation or allergy as your Dermatologist told. Don't use soap to wash the inner aspect. Clean with plain water. It will be alright soon.

Try to stick to safe sex in future. You are free from HIV and these lesions are not related to STD/HIV.

Brief Answer:
For itching an anti-histamine would help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Eumosone cream itself can do better. Crotrax can better be avoided.
If you have itching an anti-histamine would help.

Your medical examination would pass smoothly without any problem. Your problem is not a rare one.
Medicine can better be prescribed by the physician who examined and who can have a better follow up. Otherwise it may go wrong

Brief Answer:
The observation is true with left testis hangs little down than the right.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

There may be difference in size of testis on each side. But it could not be appreciable and can be made out on Ultra sound examination under normal circumstances. If there is some pathology (injury, infection or growth), then the difference may be obvious.
Once again left testis slightly hanging downwards than the right one in majority of the individuals. This is normal, nothing to worry.
