Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I have seen the image that you have uploaded but it is not so clear.
As per picture it might be striae or eczema or hives but I am not sure as the image quality is not so clear.
So,it would be better you take clear picture and send it again.
I would like to know some more information regarding this bumps,
since how many days you are having bumps?
How were they started?
Have you taken any medication or cream for that?
Kindly get back to me with some more information and clear image.
Regards,
Dr.SandipKabra

Hi Dr.,
I've had the bumps for a very long time now (over a year). They started near my belly button and spread from there. However, the bumps have not spread any further after they initially appeared. Ive never put any creams or treatments on them.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Could be eczema or dermatitis due to some allergy.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
From the picture and the description (as there is no pain/itching),it could be eczema or dermatitis due to some allergy.
You can be given mometasone cream or ointment to be applied over the affected area with antihistamines (cetrizine) to get rid off this infection completely.
However, momate cream may not be available over the counter so,you should see some local doctor or GP who will know about the cream and can prescribe you.
Hope this will help you.
