Suggest Treatment For Bumps On The Head Of Penis

Question: I woke up this morning and have four little bumps spread out underneath the head of my penis and one on the tip. They look like they're filled with clear fluid and they're small and not grouped together. I have been faithful to my girlfriend for a year and a half as far as I know she's been faithful to me. I did not have these yesterday but I woke up with them just this morning. There is no itching or pain. Please help.

Last sexual encounter was with my girlfriend of over year and a half who I have never cheated on, we did not wear a condom, and it was six days ago. This is the first time I've ever had anything like this. I thought herpes was clustered in a group and these are just five individual spots and separated. There is also no pain and no itching. I did not have this or any red marks or anything whatsoever on there last night when I went to the bathroom. This just happened within the last eight hours of sleep.
And I got an STD test a year ago and everything was negative. Herpes included. My girlfriend is the only one I've been with in any way since then.

There is nothing to worry.
It is not herpes else you would have developed itch within a day.
Jyst relax, apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone for a week.
