Brief Answer:
Likely herpes zoster or allergy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome back to health care magic.
I have gone through the photos.
Though the photos are not clear it appears that the lesions are vesicles ( water filled vesicles). They appear to be arranged linearly .The distribution may be inner thigh and vagina by your description.
I hope the duration will be in days.

With this description and photos, it appears it may be due to Herpes zoster. The other possibility is allergy.

My opinion is based on what I see (photos are not clear). If you feel my comments are not right, please get examined by a doctor soon. You can alternatively send a better quality pictures.

Herpes zoster needs Antiviral drugs like acyclovir. The earlier you start treatment better.

You can get back for any clarification with details.
Thank you
