Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and attached photo and understand your concern. It is likely to be olecranone bursitis ( inflammation of bursa and fluid collection in it). It can be managed by rest and avoiding pressure over elbow and avoid touching and injury to swelling. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is useful to pain relief. It is likely to resolve in due course of time ( say two weeks). If doesn't resolve by itself then it can be aspirated by wide bore needle under aseptic condition ( you need to visit a doctor for it) . It sometimes reoccur even after aspirations, in that case it needs surgical excision.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
