Brief Answer:
Bruise/ hematoma normally self healing

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

A bruise/ hematoma usually heals itself, the body reabsorbs it but this may take several weeks. Usually resting, pain management and cooling is recommendable. However since i can't see how big it is I do recommend showing it to your local doctor, since in rare cases very large hematoma needs surgical intervention (mostly not).

Hope this is helping you, best regards
