Brief Answer:
Nebulisations will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Winters are very difficult times for bronchitis patients. Here are my recommendations

1. Keep yourself warm at all times
2. Avoid cold beverages and cold food items
3. Avoid dust, pollution and smoke
4. Avoid smoking
5. I recommend being on nebulisers now. Ideal would be salbutamol nebulisation morning and night along with budecort. This will help you combat breathlessness better than inhalers
6. If the cough is with expectoration then adding mucomix nebulisation will help bring out the mucous
7. Please get your thyroid function and vitamin levels for the excessive sweating

I hope I was of help, if you have any more queries please get back to me
