Brief Answer:
You are having some obstruction in URT.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having some obstruction in Upper Respiratory Tract (URT) from nose to larynx.

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you complete ENT Head Neck examination to know site of obstruction & cause between nose to larynx.

I would also like to do investigation "flexible nasopharyngolaryngoscopy" to see any obstruction between nose to larynx.

I would advice you Steam Inhalation twice daily, Plenty of fluids & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination at night till investigation done .

Spirometery test had rule out any lung related problem.

Here my suggestion is that you should consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination, necessary investigations .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
