Suggest Treatment For Borderline Autism In A Child

Question: Hi,
I need your expert suggestion for my son who is a border line Autism and for the next child.

1.
During the pregnancy we done the genetic test due to NT increase. The result was good and we consider to keep the pregnancy. Now my son is 5 years old and he is lacking of social skills and few other issue where doctor diagnosed him as borderline autism. Now I am wondering if any genetic test will help him.
2. We are thinking for the second child as my first child need some help in future. But in this case I am not sure whether my second child will have the same issue. Can we have some genetic test for my family (me, my wife and son) which may help to us know if have some thing in our family? Also is there way through genetic test to prevent the Autism?
