Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotic course may be helpful but provide picture first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

I have read your query and understand the concern.

Oral antibiotic course (like cefixime or cefadroxyl) would be helpful along with over the counter pain killers (like ibuprofen or aleve) to get rid off boils.

Ice packs may be helpful but topical antibiotics (like neosporin) would not be effective much.

But first I will need to confirm about your boils and their size and condition,so please take a clinical picture of that and upload it reports section.

Regards,

Dr.Sandip Kabra
