Brief Answer:
a bacterial infection likely

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

White blood cells tend to show if an infection is present. They would usually increase but can also decrease as well when an infection is present

Her white cell count is slightly decreased and there is an increase in the neutrophils (a type of white blood cell). This means that it is likely a bacterial infection.

She may not need to be admitted to the hospital but she may need antibiotics to treat the infection.
A bacterial infection would cause the symptoms that she is experiencing- the body pain, feeling cold, headache

The menstrual cycle would not likely cause these symptoms or changes in the blood count.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
would depend on the type of infection present

Detailed Answer:
hi

The main things would be to obtain the antibiotics from your doctor if he or she also believes that there are necessary.

Rest and fluids are also an important aspect of any infection.

Recovery would depend on the type of infection present (which can only be determined when her doctor examines her to find the specific source and also how it responds to the treatment started,
