Suggest Treatment For Body Pain And Forearm Pain

Question: I have been getting dull aches and pains around my body, it started mainly in my left forearm and hand and fingers whete u would get a dull ache anx then sometimes a wave of pain not that painful but aeems go be nerve related as my arm feels odd like its spasming with pain. It lasts only a short while. I workout quite a bit and assumed i may have damaged the wrist on that arm and it was coming from that. But recently i have been getting these waves of pain and aches in other areas of my body. Like in the other arm and hand and in my legs in my shins. I tested my resting heart rate and j get a good 51 - 56 nightly. Im overweight but do workout 3-4 times a wedk doing crossfit. I thought i may have perhaps a back i jury causing the sensations? What do you think?

As I can understand that your major compliant is of pain in forearm of spasms type and occasionally sharp kind.
And recently you have started to experience it in leg as well.

we here need to consider few condition s such as nerve radiculopathy, vitamin b12 deficiency, chronic inflammatory condition, etc.

However for having a clear and more precise clinical picture of you condition I may require information regarding,
1) Is it dull aching or sharp shooting pain?
2) Does it aggravate or certain movements, stretching or lifting heavy stuff, etc?
3) Is there an associated low back pain issues?
4) history of fever, generalised bodyache?

additionally
it is advisable to undergo few investigations of
1) Complete blood hemogram- for knowing about infections, anemia, ESR
2) an Xray chest on primary basis if affordability is not an issue you can think of MRI spine- it can help us to rule out if there is any pathology related to spine.
3) Vitamin b 12 levels

on empirical basis to releive pain it is suggeted to have over the counter medication such as ibuprofen, or paracetamol tabs as required.

Note: If the problem is severe, showing to a local physician is advisable as nothin be can substitute an in person medical examination.
