Question: hello good morning,
my name is XXXXXXX and I am 48 years old. my issues are body odor and bad breath. This was there from the very child hood days and continue to the present. Recently, I started to felling bad smell whenever I sneeze. Especially when I take bath and in the morning brush the teeth. During these time I usually sneeze my nose to clean it. At this point of time usually I feel smell. one thing I noticed is that this smell can be mild or severe based on the food I eat. If I eat meat and fish, it will be severe. But, on the other hand, it will be mild if I eat vegetable. Same thing with the urine too. The severity of this smell is depend on the food intake. non-vage make it severe and vage make it milde. the first and second urination after the food would be severely smelly. there after it would be little bit mild based on the water intake. if I only eat fruits, it would be much much better. but there is a problem. I usually have muscle pain if only eat fruits. so I cannot do that.
As far as body odor is concerned, it is always there. Especially when I get sweat. As I said early, food habit makes difference in this area too. when it comes to the bad breath, there are number of things I have noticed.
1) even if I take care of things like oral hygiene and food intake, it would be there if I talk continuously
2) When ever I am under stress, it would be there.
3) if I eat only meat and fish, it would be in severe state.
4) if I eat full stomach, it would be severe.
5)for the first three hours after eat, I feel it severely.
6)now a days I drink a mouth full of water after every three bite and after eat I do oral hygiene using mouth wash which makes me feel better to a great extend. however, whenever I talk to people, they express uneasiness and talk about it each other. it is a great embarrassment. I need some solutions.
I went to my family doctor and he checked my sinus and blood work. he found every thing normal. he said sinus is clear. which doctor I need to consult, please tell me.
I would like to know little bit about the PH balance inside the body and enzymes that produces during the digestions process. is there any connection between DNA. My father had this issues. But my mother did not. my siblings do not have this problem either. However, my daughter do have this issues.
So I need some sort of remedy. please help me.

Brief Answer:
seems to be acid peptic disease.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having foul breath and body odors.

Answers and solutions for your issues.

1. Foul breath, most commonly occurs with acid peptic disease or dental or liver infections

Some do's- stop smoking (if you are with these habit), take plenty of water (dry mouth causes infections), stop consuming garlic, ginger and chillies, and evaluate with ent surgeon (tonsillar stones, sore throat and hyperacidity), blood tests - LFT (liver function tests, RBS (diabetes).

2. What you eat affects your body odor.

Some do's- cut down, having caffeine or alcohol or pepper containing food stuffs, twice daily bath, Change clothes often when you're sweating heavily, daily exercise and stress free life style, always keep body dry (proper shaving, use dusting powder and anti perspirants).

3. In human digestive system, pH and enzymes varies to facilitate easy digestion. Factors like infections, faulty feeding habits and sedentary life styles can alter pH and enzyme composition, which leads to foul breath. It is not related to any DNA or it is not contagious.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
