Brief Answer:
Its due to Hyperthyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Greetings from Dr Divakara P
Thanks for posting your query.

Well your lack of focus , fatigue can be explained due to low TSH value. This condition is called Hyperthyroidism where the body produces excess of Thyroid hormones (T3,T4).

You need to get started on medication for this and keep taking it till further advise. Ask your doctor for a prescription of Tab Neomercazole and use it daily.

Repeat T4, TSH test after 6 weeks and revert back with report.

Coming to your blurred vision which could be due to hyperthyroidism or it could be due to some other problem in the eye. Hence kindly get your eye check done by an opthalmologist.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
