Question: My urine has got blood. I have no pain what so ever. Is it possible this is due to over heat as I am on holiday in Hawwai.

Hello. No this isn't from overheating

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Dehydration and overheating don't cause blood in the urine.
This needs to be evaluated first with a urinalysis to see if you have a bladder infection that needs antibiotics.
But if it's only red cells in your urine without any white cells or bacteria then it could be a kidney stone or a sign of bladder or kidney cancer.

So have a doctor check it out right away.
