Brief Answer:
No chance of leukemia or lymphoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. I have gone through your lab reports. Your total count is only slightly high with normal differential count. You have no chance of leukemia or lymphoma.
Your all other lab tests are almost normal.
Your urine test show moderate amount of blood.
You may have rare chance of PNH. But no need to go for flow cytometry directly.
You should go for simple tests like reticulocyte count, bilirubin, test for hemoglobinuria and ultrasound abdomen. Your LDH level is also normal. So chances of PNH is less likely.

Don't worry much about that. Chances of PNH is low.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
