Brief Answer:
Some additional treatment / Biopsy report please

Detailed Answer:
Hi. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Gone through your history and the pictures of treatment and investigations you have posted.

Before I answer your query, I would like to know the results of biopsy taken from the colon.

Your main concern as per your query is whether the bleeding will stop or not. The bleeding from the colon is secondary to the inflammatory changes in the large bowel due to the disease. So whenever you are going to have exacerbation of your colitis you will have bleeding. This is part of the disease process.

The treatment is a standard for the said disease.
I would advise you the add on the following:
Treatment:
''STRESS'' = stress is the most important cause of Colitis in many cases. Please remember and you must have observed that when you do not have stress your problem with colitis is reduced
Change of lifestyle.
I think 'may be' you are not coping with something.
Vacation outside of your area, mobiles phones to be off.
You must have noticed already that these changes help a lot.
Try to avoid anything which you are / have to do against your will and wish. Get into the hobbies which make you forget the world around you. Life comes only once, boss.

If the change of routine helps, the necessity of medicines is drastically reduced to almost nil.
Medicines ::
You need to have a prescription of a Doctor, please discuss this with a Gastroenterologist to get a prescription. I would like to know which medicines have you taken in the past and in which dosage
Vit A and Vit D in therapeutic doses,
Multiviatamins in the form of antioxidants.
probiotics,
anxiolytics help a lot.
All these medicines help indirectly or directly to have a better control of the colitis.
Another most important issue is the diet and beverages: You should avoid all such foods and beverages which you must have noticed to increase your problem.

I hope this answer helps you to get a better control and gives you the answer you were trying to get. Please feel free to ask for more if you need further clarification or so.

Brief Answer:
Hb is 14.1, bleeding is minimal so no worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your half the feedback-

Thanks for the biopsy report and I am happy to see that it is not a cancer; it is colitis only.
As for your query > ((My question is that if the blood is continuing along with the stool once or twice daily what will happen please advise and how this will stop and how this disease will cure . lastly , I want to know if the blood comes daily along with the stool can I survive for a long time and if so how long ? )) >>

First of all, please tell me is the blood fresh or dark?
Does it come just before the stool / stains the stool / comes after the stool ?
Is there any discomfort or pain at the anus or just inside the anal area?
Any redness or Itching ?

IF the blood is in small quantity, nothing will happen to you as the body has all the reserves to tackle such problems.
HOW ? >>> this depends upon from where is the blood is coming from. If it is coming from the lowest reason, there may be a fissure or piles and its proper treatment will stop the bleeding. If it is coming from the large bowel, its healing will stop the bleeding.
If the small amount of your blood is coming you will survive all the remaining life to complete it; please do not worry about bleeding if this is small. I can understand it is irritating / troubling / disturbing to see the blood coming out.
I have read all your blood reports and they are perfectly normal including the Hemoglobin which is 14.1; So stop worrying. Your Ultrasonography is also normal.

This worrying increases the problems and affect the colitis directly.
You can certainly take a second opinion of a Surgical Gastroenterologist.

Please feel to ask further if you need to .

Brief Answer:
Various BMI calculators are available.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
According to your height ans weight your BMI is around 22 + and absolutely normal.
2 kg weight loss from 70 to 68 kg should normally not to be bothered about unless it goes on decreasing further and drastically; it does keep on changing in patients of colitis.

As per your height, your weight should be in the range of 56.1 and 75.7 kilograms. This is as per BMI calculator. 68 kg is a fine weight. BMI between 18 to 25 is a normal range for your. ( although all the BMI calculators will have a minor variation and this is not the only deciding factor )
