Brief Answer:
Could be due to enlarged prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed blood in semen (Hematospermia )

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any obstructive voiding symptoms like frequency ,urgency etc ?
2) Did you have rough intercourse ?
3) Did you have painful ejaculation ?

The blood in semen could be mostly due to a rupture of a small vein on the superficial surface of enlarged prostate which gets sealedd off immediately.

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
You seem to have enlargement of Prostate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .The symptoms of increased frequency for urination ,poor stream and hesitancy are typical symptoms of bladder outlet obstruction due to enlarged prostate which is common at this age and needs to be investigated by doing tests mentioned in my earlier reply .

Go ahead and get the tests done to confirm the diagnosis .

In the mean while start taking Ciprofloxacin twice daily and Tomsulosin once daily .

Further treatment will be decided by your Urologist based on the tests results and final diagnosis .

Thanks and Regards.
