Question: dear DR

good day ,

i would like to ask about blood cancer symptom .

today i found small red itchy skin same as attached photo ( the color of this point is light red , i am kindly ask you to inform me if it necessary to visit a doctor and make blood test

One of the images sent is of the veins in the hand/arm, which are normal in appearance.
The rash seen in the images does not point to a blood cancer. Blood cancer is not a common cause of skin rash at all.

By blood cancer, assuming that you are leukemia or lymphoma. They would be associated with fever, weight loss, decreased appetite, night sweats, infections, weakness, bleeding.

The most common reason for red itching skin is allergic reaction.
