Brief Answer:
Add pseudoephedrine and tylenol!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported. I have reviewed your information fully and the current treatment. While it is okay, I will want to add more medications to address the reported symptoms of blocked nostrils and eye ache. For this, I suggest you add tylenol and pseudoephedrine. This will keep the nostrils patent and address the aches. If you have saline drops, instilling them periodically into the eyes would also help. Good diet, increased fluid intake, rest, fluids and fruits would be helpful towards the recovery process.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Do well to let me know how you respond to this treatment.

Kind regards.
