Brief Answer:
XXXXX, It's actually quite easy to get and stay better. Here's how...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,

Hi! Thanks for contacting healthcaremagic and your faith in us.

1. It is rather very clear that you have sinus issues.
2. I would suggest an opthalmologist (eye physician) to rule out problems related to a change in vision. I think it's practical. Though not necessary.
3. I would really recommend that you use saline solutions (a pinch of table salt in water); along with a dropper to decongest your nose.
4. I recommend Xylometazoline nasal drops for my patients, it is to be used in moderation though people grow 'fond' of it. (Rebound nasal congestion on abrupt stopping).
5. I suggest that you take Ibuprofen + Paracetamol currently for the headaches. Kindly try it out for at least ten days. If this does not work for you, I would recommend naproxen for you. Please avoid medicines like oxycodone or codeine as they are very powerfully effective in pain issues, make a person "feel great" and make people addicts.
6. Try being flexible in movements across your house. Try and avoid bending or leaning forwards, or any movement that will increase intra sinusoidal pressure.

Take care! It's been good knowing you.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
