Brief Answer:
Seems like nasal congestion - Don't worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX....hope your wife is better now. I remember a query about whether to use combiflam or not.....coming to present query....nothing to worry. This seems to be a nasal congestion.... But as the babies at this age are obligate nose breathers, they tend to suffer as they do not know mouth breathing.

I suggest you give saline nasal drops, that's is Nasivion-s saline nasal drops, 1 drop in each nostril, every 4-6th hourly, if you feel the nose is blocked.

I will be glad to help if there is any other issue.

Regards - Dr. Sumanth
