Brief Answer:
Rhinitis Medicamentosa, Allergic Rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. Overuse of nasal decongestant drops leads to Rhinitis Medicamentosa.

2. Your underlying condition seems to be allergic rhinitis.

3. Get a nasal examination done and start a two week trial of medication. This should include an antihistamine, an antileukotriene, a steroid nasal spray, steam inhalation and saline nasal washes (such as Nasowash, Physiomer or Solspre). Gradually stop the use of the deconestant nasal drops.

4. If the nose is still blocked, get a plain Sinus CT Scan done.

5. Follow u after two weeks of treatment either here or directly at bit.ly/Dr-Sumit-Bhatti

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
