Question: no matter what i eat i feel bloated and have diarreah have had hepatitus c for 38 years also have lichen planus which dermatogist says is related to hep c i am 61 and do not know what to do

After reading your post, I would advise that you should take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg. Following precautions will be helpful :- 1.Avoid spicy and oily foods. 2.Avoid being empty stomach for long periods. 3.Avoid smoking and alcohol, if any. 5.Avoid gas producing foods like peas, cabbage, legumes, etc. 6.Avoid talking while eating. 7.Avoid eating fast. 8.Drink lots of water daily.
