Question: So i recently asked that if i feel bloated and nauseous after eating. many have seems to diagnosed it for gastritis. i went o the doctors and got some med. like oneprazole and domperidone. felt better after a few days then stopped taking. but then yesterday i was really stressed so i felt like shit again . had no appetite for lunch due to the stress and then felt abit light headed and stomach ache. today , i didn't take my meds. But noticed after lunch , i felt abit light headed and confused when was walking. felt tired i guess. like i want to just lay down and rest. but felt better after i sat down and burped. dont know is it the weather or something . or am i still recovering from yesterday . just took my meds. is it normal to be dizzy? or like really really tired.

Brief Answer:
your symptoms is due to dyspepsia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
1) Your symptoms are suggestive of dyspepsia or gastritis/gastric ulcer
2) Dyspepsia is a condition in which digestion is not proper due to lack of digestive enzymes
3) Gastritis or gastric ulcer is condition in which wall of stomach is inflamed due to irritation from some food or infection
4) Both these conditions share some symptoms and that is why it is common to start initially the treatment described by you empirically.
5) But if you have persistent symptoms even after proper treatment then it requires upper GI endoscopy for confirmation of gastritis /gastric ulcer (because dyspepsia is physiological condition, can not be detected on any test).
6) If report confirms presence of gastritis/ gastric ulcer then treatment should be continued. But in absence of this and persistent symptoms suspect possible dyspepsia and supplement of digestive enzymes is necessary.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help
