Brief Answer:
Needs antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

There is not just blister, but also redness and tonsillar hypertrophy so it may indicate bacterial infection and I think that antibiotic is required, and azitromycin 1x1g daily or amoxicillin 3x1g daily would b appropriate choice. . Blister is not worrying, it will heal in week.
You may also start doing gargling with Chlorhexidine mouth wash twice daily for next 3-4 days.

Wish you good health.
