First of all i would like to suggest you to improve your daily routine and balanced diet.
Avoid stress and take complete sleep.
I am suggesting you some medicine take as prescribed
1 Collonsonia 30 6 pills twice in a day
2 Hemmemilis 6 10 drops mix with half cup of water twice in a day
3 Nitric Acid 30 6 pills once in day

Take this medicine for a month and you will have complete relief.
Your Hb level will be restore after that.

Update me after 1 month

Note Avoid Alcohol and spicy food.

You can change hammemilis 6 to hammemilis Q 10 drops mix with half cup of water twice in a day.
Ask your pharmacist for hamemilis Q (mother tincture)
30 potency is not so effective in your case so dont go with hammemilis 30
