Brief Answer:
Conservative medical management initially.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for choosing HealthcareMagic for your query.
I an Dr XXXXXXX and would be answering your queries.

As per your concern answers are-
There are two approoaches to treat a bleeding Hemorrhoid.

First is
Conservative medical therapy-
Calcium Dobesilate -

Calcium dobesilate acts selectively on the capillary walls regulating their physiological functions of resistance and permeability. It lowers blood viscosity and restores normal blood flow. This action is beneficial in all cases of capillary fragility(cause of bleed).
A success rate of 86.21 percent with cessation of bleeding plus lack of severe anitis anoscopically at two weeks were achieved with calcium dobesilate. Together with recommendations about diet and bowel discipline, oral calcium dobesilate treatment provides an efficient, fast, and safe symptomatic relief from acute symptoms of hemorrhoidal disease. This symptomatic healing is associated with a significant improvement in the anoscopically observed inflammation.
Cream contains Calcium Dobesilate, Hydrocortisone, Lignocaine, Phenylephrine, and Zinc Oxide as active ingredients should be applied directly on hemorrhoid.

These are the datas published by NCBI(Usa aided research facility). So you can see by yourself the effectivity of this salt in bleeding cesaetion.

If not controlled medically despite of therapy.

Surgical and non invasive methods could be tried. But i think that bleed in your case is mild and can be controlled very well by calcium dobesilate therapy.
So surgery etc is not required right now in your case.
However in case you want to know details about surgical procedures also.Just write a follow up.

Hope you got your answers.
In case further details are required feel free to follow up.

Regards.
