Brief Answer:
Avoid spicy, acidic foods/drinks or other triggering factors...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

You are reporting to have hemorrhoid bleeding each time you have a spicy diet.

Please take note that spices are causing not only hemorrhoid bleeding, but reduce the pH of the stomach too. If GERD is present, stomach fluid will get back to throat causing bad breath apart other issues.

I advise to:
- drink more fluids
- avoid spicy or other acidic foods/drinks that would trigger bad breathe
- wash your mouth and teeth 1 hour after meal
- should confirm GERD by your GI specialist (through upper endoscopy and abdominal ultrasound). If it is confirmed, immediate treatment with PPIs is highly recommended.

Hope it was of help!
