Brief Answer:
About blood per rectum.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

If there is bright red blood on the toilet paper when you wiped, but no blood on the stool or mixed in with the stool, the bleeding may be from either a rectal tear (which may happen after a hard movement) or inflammation of hemorrhoids. Usually there is some soreness around the anus/rectum when this happens.

Still, it would be good to be checked by a doctor. Your doctor can have a look and see if there are hemorrhoids that look irritated or inflamed.

If you have not had a colonoscopy per the recommended schedule, then it would be a good idea to get one now.
