Brief Answer:
Please visit Hospital Emergency

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Severity of blood loss can be checked by physically examining the patient and performing some investigations like CBC with ESR.
Damage to brain or as a matter of fact any part of the body only occurs in severe cases of blood loss. In such cases initial response to blood loss occurs by constriction of peripheral blood vessels and diverting blood to vital organs like brain, kidneys, etc. When blood loss is at a critical level then further problem occurs. I would suggest you to visit hospital ER and get him examined by duty doctor. He will perform some labs to check severity of blood loss and then will proceed accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
