Hello dear. I have gone through the details. Without treatment, you will develop bleeding, infections, painful disease and a disturbed life of around 6 months only.
Please provide me details of investigations so that i can guide you about appropriate treatment.
Thanks and regards

I provided further information yesterday. When can I expect an answer please?

I do not have copies of the reports - they are in the file in the hospital. The information I can give you is as follows:- (this is what I replied before, which seems not to have reached you):-
I have had a tumour removed , from my bladder, which was found to be Grade III Cancer. A few weeks later, a further Cystoscopy was performed to see whether the tumour had regrown and to take further biopsies of the muscle etc. I was then told that the tumour had not regrown, but have this week been informed that the results show carcinoma in situ and hence my Consultant has told me that I now have a choice of two treatments, as listed in my original question.
I am hoping that you can now give me alittle more detail to your first answer, for example when/where bleeding will occur, where infections will occur, what you mean by "disturbed life" and how accurate the six months life expectancy might be? I realise and fully accept that these questions are difficult to answer accurately, without seeing all the reports, but I woulid very much appreciate ANY further information you can give me, as I need to make a decision about treatment quite urgently. Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing from you.

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You should go for the treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. So by the details, it looks like early stage disease, and you can opt for bcg treatment.
That is best in early stage. Of course if tou donot opt for any treatment, disturbance like bleeding, urine infection, urine obstruction, tumor related pain and spread of disease will occur. Exact life expectancy is difficult to tell but will be short due to these disturbances.
Thanks and regards
