Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder

Question: Hello , Dr XXXXXXX xxxxx.This is going on for months.I started to have this strange feeling that , my penis is getting smaller day by day.I am unable to sustain pleasure for a minute.I feel doomed.My brother recently is found to have a bipolar disorder.Kindly help.

no drugs.last year took nexito for 2 months for anxiety.No ultrasound done.Take alcohol 2 times a week
