Brief Answer:
Please upload the reports of Cat scan, biopsy and any other investigation done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

The diagnosis protocol are as follows
1)clinical examination
2) Needle biopsy
3)ultrasound of axilla
4)Chest x Ray and ultrasound abdomen or ct scan of abdomen and chest
5)pet scan if bone spread is suspected

The treatment options are
1)surgery
2)chemotherapy
3)radiotherapy
4)hormone therapy

The treatment depends mainly on the stage of cancer. Like if it is small size then surgery done and later if lymph nodes of axilla involved then radiotherapy and chemotherapy given.

In large Tumor, it won't be operable so only chemotherapy is given. Hormone therapy will be given after any therapy. It is must. This I am telling very grossly.

If you could tell me the stage and upload the reports of investigation done, then I could be able to tell the exact treatment for that.

Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Regards
