Suggest Treatment For Benign Lesions On Body

Question: Here's an update on my situation:
I've been uploading pictures of various lesions over the last week. I went for skin cancer screening yesterday and there was nothing out of the ordinary that needed to be removed. (You guys were spot on with your diagnosis) I was definitely surprised to hear that all my moles were normal and some of the the larger lesions were actually solar lentigos and few subberric kertatosis.

My only concern right now is before this skin cancer screening, a previous dermatologist office removed a macule from my upper stomach that hadn't changed shape or size. This was removed on 12/23/15. I had actually damaged this macule about an year and a half ago with hair removal cream by applying it twice to the same area. The result was it went from being a light XXXXXXX macule to a bright red and I actually ruptured a couple of areas inside the macule causing some bleeding.
I've enclosed pictures of the actual macule when I damaged it and two more pictures of how it looked recently. One with a low light camera and the other with a bright flash. As you can see it healed with some redness to it. You can actually align the redness with the damaged areas from the picture with the macule damage from 7/2014. To the red area in the current pictures 12/2015

The person who cut it off, said she was leaning towards it being okay since it hasnt changed size or shape. She referred to it as a macule. I know that can mean many things but that also means that it is flat. I also have uploaded this here just recently and was told that it's not malignant. The new dermatologist that did my skin check yesterday asked me to show him the picture and of course a picture can only tell you so much but he wasn't even sure it was mole. He didn't think it was melanoma or anything malignant either.

I wanted to get one last opinion on this before I find out later next week on what it actually is. It's more of a peace of mind thing. I appreciate your patience and thank you for your time on this and on my past inquiries

Brief Answer:
Benign or innocent lesions

Detailed Answer:
Hello My Dear Sir,

Welcome with your query!
I have reviewed the whole set of pictures as well as previously submitted details on this forum which have been answered by my esteemed colleagues.

I have examined your pics under magnification taking extra care to extract as much information as is possible in this setting.

My view is that you have a few lesions, some of which are intact while others have been treated or handled. Fortunately, all the lesions whether moles, SK, or naevi are benign on inspection. I understand your concern that anything that looks benign may not remain so for ever. Yes Sir, you are very right. This precisely in the reason that I would like you to be observant and notice and report if ever you observe that lesions are changing in terms of

Number
Size
Spread
Color Change
Symptoms
Hardening etc

The only conclusive way to determine their true nature is to go for a biopsy. Keeping in mind that there has been no significant change in the lesions at rapid rate in recent past, it is a good and comparatively safe option to wait and observe.

I would have reassured anyone in such a situation in person but somehow we have to depend upon this medium and I assure you that we are always willing to help you get your problems and anxieties resolved.

Our best wishes for 2016 and ever beyond!
Let us know how further we can be of use to you.

Thanks.

The lesion i attached to this query is the only one that is being biopsied. Its the only one that has me nervous.
So you are saying this one in particular, attached to this inquiry looks ok and the biopsy should come back benign? The others didnt need to be removed. They were checked under a dermoscope and showed no dysplasia.

Thank you for your time .

Brief Answer:
The advice is applicable to all lesions

Detailed Answer:
My Dear Sir

welcome with further queries.

i have reviewed every lesion that you have submitted till date related to SK/mole/Naevi.
Once again I reassure you that all these seem benign and there is a high probability that the biopsy, if performed, will confirm their benign status.
I appreciate your concern for health and would be willing to help you, in case you need any clarifications.

Best wishes!
