1. Vaginal pH correction treatments are a relatively new way of treating BV.

These usually involve applying a gel to the inside of your vagina that changes the acid balance, making it a less hospitable environment for harmful bacteria.

Most vaginal pH correction treatments are available over the counter from pharmacists.

2. Sitz baths adding iodine solution (1 liter of water add 2 table spoon iodine solution)
3. Drink plenty of cranberry teas and maintain good hydration by drinking a lot of water.

If despite following these, symptoms will not relieve, then it'll be better to contact a doctor(pref. Gynecologist) for a specific treatment.
