Suggest Treatment For Bacterial Balanitis

Question: One night i feel my penil XXXXXXX is sweeled up cause of heavy masturbation. I thought its a,bacterial balanitis i used neosporin with vesalin on my XXXXXXX 2 time a day. After few days i notice two ulcers below my XXXXXXX where forskin attached with XXXXXXX I keep using it noe there ulcers are gone nt properlt remove. Nt some tinny blistere are there no pain till i dont touch them. After a day i saw some yelloe discharge is relese from these ulcers..bas smell...i start using candid -b cream on it nt cure.
I dnt undsrstand wht exactly it is....i had sex with a gir 2 year ago and i caught by yeat infection on my penis...after that have nt sex. Please help me addvice me wht exactly it is....wht treatnment will work for me..

From the complaints and discription of the problem, it appears a condition of Balantitis an inflammation of the foreskin of your penis.
As I can understand there is-
A discharging painful ulcer suggest that the inflammation is in active stage. It is commonly associated with foul smelling discharge and blisters. Swelling can be marked if associated with tight foreskin.
It is seen after STIs however, in acute stages, within 1-2 weeks of a sexual activity. An sexual encounter 2 years back is unlikely to be a cause here, probably caused due physical trauma while masturbation in your case.
treatment- topical ointments of anti bacterial antibiotics, steroids ointments is very much indicated as it appears a complicated condition.
A cover or oral antibiotic will also help, and is suggestible.
In ever cases circumscision can be required.
As there are evident signs of complications like ulcers, and swellings, that can lead to scarring and phimosis of prepuce and urethral opening I would advice you to immediately show yourself to surgeon as a minor surgical intervention like debridmemt and dressing will be needed.
Do not try to manage on your own and refer yourself to a surgeon.

I dont have pain when i pull forskin back. These ulcers is only one side...please tell me which antibiotic ointmnt and oral antibiotic is best in this condition. Thank you.

If you are using that ointment and have obtained improvement, I suggest you continue with the same. you need to keep the skin dry with as prevent it from being in contact for long hours. Dress the site at least three times a day.
oral antibiotic won't be as effective if there are no active ulcers at pain present, probably a stage of recovery has occurred.

some yellow discharg is releasing from these ulcer i dnt knw whr exactly it is. m using candid -b cream and fluconazole 150. am i on right track?

I understand from you information that
You are using neosporin ointment, candid b cream and fuconazole 150.
These medications appear sufficient.
However, if there is a yellow discharge, it strongly indicates that there is active inflammation. In such case it warrants proper and timely dressing to be applied.
Improper healing can cause phimosis and scaring.
If you are seeing improvement with these medications continue. if not then it is therefore advisable and safer, that you show yourself to a surgeon.
