Question: I appreciate your last answer. I will be going to a physical therapist about my back. Is there anything I can purchase at a store for support for my back and what is the best. Are there certain exercises to do here at home to get relief from pain

You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination for back pain. Apply Diclofenac and Thicolchicoside combination gel to your back for effective pain relief. Apply hot water bottle to the painful area to get relief from muscle spasm and pain. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weights.

Wear a Lumbar belt or LS Frame for support to your lower back.

You can perform back extension exercises and forward trying to touch the toed while sitting as this increases strength of abdominal muscles. Also lift your legs up for a while to strengthen abdominal muscles.
