Brief Answer:
Following home remedies to ease back pain...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the back pain you are having.

If Tramadol and Tylenol 3 are not helping, I advise as following:
- take another pain-killer (ibuprofen has shown to be effective in my patients; unless you are having stomach problems)
- apply local analgesic
- apply warm clothing
- do cover your back area
- massage with olive/lavender oil can help

If still no improvement, further examinations are required to determine the right diagnosis:
- x-ray of back
- abdominal ultrasound
- urine analysis to rule out uro-genital issues

You might also need prescription medications (piroxicam or diclophenac) to ease the pain.

Hope it was of help! Wish fast recovery!
