Brief Answer:
MRI spine will help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
There is probably spinal disc bulge leading to persistent pain in back
MRI spine will help you in diagnosis. Another possibility of spinal ligament hypertrophy or facet arthropathy which again can be seen on MRI spine.
Spine extension exercise and core stabilizing exercise will help you. You can learn them from your physiotherapists.
You can start neurotropic medication like pregabalin consulting your doctor.
I f not relieved then epidural steroid shot may help you.
posture and work ergonomic is important to have pain free spine.
I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to ask. I will be happy to answer your question. Take care.

Thank you sir..
I have few questions

Does MRI SPINE will able to see correct position of veins?
In my case ... i do not think that i have any back bones issue. At the time of injury it was paining through my left legs to upper left back. (cause of injury was .. i threw the ball while my body was not balanced)
But after taking home treatment, now i just feel some pain in back.

Please let me know if MRI SPINE will cover all.

Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

If you are very sure that it is problem of vein then ultrasonography or venous colour doppler will help to diagnose abnormality in vein.

There is possibility of nerve or ligament issue which can be seen on MRI.
I will advise clinical examination from specialist and then further do required investigation.
A clinical photo of your back may help to guide you more.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
