Suggest Treatment For Azoospermia

Question: I have azoospermia is there a real cure for this problem my doctor have given me paternia+ for 3 weeks and he wants to have an sperm analysis after three weeks I really want to know whether there is a cure or not

Your concern is understandable. Definitely, there's hope of fertility in azoospermic
males. As an Urologist, let me mention, that if your hormone profile, like FSH, LH, PRL, testosterone, are all normal, you're capable of fertility after doing a testicular biopsy.
Artificial reproductive techniques(ART), is feasible, if testicular biopsy shows mature sperms forming in the testis. If there's azoospermia due to block in the tubes transporting the sperms from testis to the semen, it can be treated by a surgery to clear the block.
