Brief Answer:
You have asymptomatic gallstones.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You have asymptomatic gallstones.
You have normal calibre CBD (common bile duct) and your liver function test is fine which indicate you do not have any stone in the CBD causing obstruction. This is one of the complications of gallstones and you DO NOT have this complication.

So there is no need to worry about your gallstones.
Surgical removal of gallbladder is the only definitive treatment for gallstones.
You do not require any surgery right now as you have only silent stones.

I hope that answers your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K
