Brief Answer:
Asthma requires treatment & is gradually resolving

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting your query at HealthCareMagic. Asthma is a restrictive disease of the respiratory tracts where the airway tracts become narrowed down and prevent the air from being release during the expiration, as a result of which wheezing occurs. The solution would be to go for inhalers and I would suggest applying them using a spacer device. In a case like yours, two types of inhalers are to be used. The first would be a combination of long acting beta blocker like salmeterol and a corticosteroid like fluticasone which is to be taken twice daily. The second would be a short acting beta blocker like levosalbutamol for immediate and quick relief based on the problems when and where you develop them. A morning respiratory distress is nothing unusual and if indicates that you simply need to be on treatment as briefed above. The resolution in the evening profile indicates improvement and you should be happy about it. But you would need to compliant with the treatment being offered to you as there is much more to be done still. You might still need to avoid cold exposure or the triggers.

I hope that I could briefly enlighten you on the situation. Feel free to revert back in case of further queries if any.

Ok, already doing so .. Symbicort 4puffs twice a day, singulair (evening), ventolin (as needed) right now being taken most mornings. I do use a spacer. Makes a big difference.
