Answered by Dr. Noble Zachariah (4 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Use the following in addition to dapsone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Ashy dermatosis or Erythroderma Dyschromicum is resistant to treatment. As you are on Dapsone and if you are tolerating it well I would advise you to continue. You would require to check your blood in between as per the advice of your treating doctor.
In addition to the oral treatment you would require local treatment.
Steroid creams can be started with if you have not tried it.
Chemical peeling by a beautician or dermatologist, ultra violet radiation with home kits can be the next step.Discuss about this your doctor on next visit.
If these are not helpful there are pigment lasers like XXXXXXX laser which may be tried.
It is more of a cosmetic problem and not a dangerous disease.
Hope you will get better with one of the above. If you have further queries you are welcome to ask
Wish you good health
Dr. Noble Zachariah.
