Brief Answer:
can decrease the effect of lisinopril, monitor bp

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are some interactions between your medications:
(1)Meloxicam may decrease the affect of the lisinopril. Medications in the meloxicam family of meds antagonise (work against) medications such as lisinopril.

This means that you may not have the decrease in blood pressure that you would expect with your lisinopril

This is a possible effect with naproxen as well, it is in the same family of meds as meloxicam.

If you still wish to use the meloxicam, you can monitor your blood pressure, additional medication can be given if needed to help control the blood pressure. It is possible that the lisinopril may still work well for you.

Meloxicam can be very effective for some persons in helping with pain control. It is a once a day drug. If it is not enough you can add tylenol (the two can work together, tylenol on an empty stomach) as well as a rub such as voltaren rub.

Physiotherapy , to strengthen the muscles around the knees, may also be helpful as well.

(2) primidone decreases the level and the effect of simvastatin by affecting its metabolism/break down. This may not have a significant effect for you but if there are problems with your cholesterol med( appear not to be working well), this is a possible cause

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
