Brief Answer:
As long as you have no symptoms, there is no reason to cut back exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Please, by erythema do you mean"arrhythmia"? There is no technical term for erythema detected by ECG. Please, double check and make sure you got the word correct.

Arrhythmia means irregular heartbeat. Most arrhythmias are silent and do not pose a huge threat to life. The next immediate question is to know what type of arrhythmia this was. If you have any further information, please provide to me.

If this arrhythmia was not very clear and persistent on other ECG recordings, I would request that you get the ECG repeated. This might have been an artifact and would be treated as a real condition if we are not careful. This is more likely as there are no symptoms or risk factors that would have suggested or explain this arrhythmia.

There is no reason to stop exercising. Exercise is the best way to tie care of the heart unless otherwise advised. Feel free to continue your routine exercises. If you have answers or more information related to the discussion above, please feel free to provide it to me.

I hope this addresses your query fully. If you require more information or clarifications, feel free to ask me and I would gladly respond to you. Thank you for trusting us with your health question this day!

Brief Answer:
I will go with the most recent results which state that all is fine!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Arrhythmias can be very tricky. It has to be present on numerous testing before we conclude on that. If it were a one time examination that concluded that you had fibrillation and the recent report states that you are fine, I would go with fine for the following reasons:

1. You have no risk factors for heart disease,

2. You have no symptoms and,

3. The last report states that all is fine.

If you have any further doubts, am always here to listen to you and respond accordingly.

I wish you well.
