Brief Answer:
It has been very helpful, continue it!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed this medication and the information that you have provided. You are pretty sure that this drug has been very helpful to you. There is no reason why it should be discontinued at this time as you have not reported any adverse effects from taking this medication. Also, there is no time limit beyond which you should stop taking the medication. Considering the above information, I suggest that you continue the medication. I side with your doctors to say taking this medication proves to be helpful and there is no reason to stop doing so.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Thank you so much for using our services.

I feel fairly confident about continuing it especially since all my blood work is excellent...better than someone half my age so they say. Since it is a controlled substance there is sometimes problems with refills on it...I wondered if long term use might cause other problems even though the dose is so low. Thank you for your attention to this. Dianne Martinez

Brief Answer:
You are taking the lowest recommended dose!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for following up with me.

You are taking the lowest recommended dose and chances getting into longterm effects are minimal with this does. Also, I will rarely stop a drug that works so well for a client over worries of a possible side effect in future. The fact that it is mentioned as a possible side effects does not mean that you would for sure develop it.

Refills would always be concerning because of the controlled nature. However, work with your doctors on getting the necessary paperwork and documentation.

I wish you well and feel free to continue the discussion if you find it necessary.
