Question: Hello doctor solanki

Thank you for your recommendations....I really apperciate that.

Actually I took your advice and I gave myself time to get erected.

but I have faced another problem...I get erected and had sex but I couldn't ejaculate! and here I have to notice that I don't mastubate regularly (by hand)...instead I madturbate by laying on my stomach and rubbing my penis on the bed.

What's the problem here?

Brief Answer:
not related to method of masturbation

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing back. It is good to hear that you got some success.

You are doing masturbation in prone position. I would recommend avoiding prone masturbation and going for masturbation with hand. As such prone masturbation is not harmful. However care should be taken that surface should not be hard and you should not injure your penis vessels by giving extreme pressure through hard surface. Doing in bed is almost safe. Your problem of not being able to ejaculate was not due to your method of masturbation. That was likely happen due to following reasons:

- It is just a normal incident and happens sometime not to worry.

- You had sex or masturbation just before (3-4 hours) that which made seminal vesicles empty and remaining semen couldn't come out. Or you are doing masturbation regularly (everyday) and your remaining amount of semen was not high enough to come out during sex easily.

- You were enjoying sex and able to satisfy your partner and in that process your penis does not get enough sensation for ejaculation.

As such nothing to worry. One time occurrence is not serious. Enjoy sex and masturbation and let me know how it goes.

take care.

Brief Answer:
is there orgasm present or not

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for delayed response XXXXXXX
Erection is there but you were not able to ejaculate. In that case I want to know that there was orgasm present or not.
If there is orgasm but no ejaculation, it is anejaculation. Anejaculation is the inability to ejaculate semen despite stimulation of the penis by intercourse or masturbation. If there is no orgasm and no ejaculation it is anorgasmia. Treatment depends on the diagnosis and cause of the problem.

Please let me know the answer as well as describe more details about your yesterday’s experience with your girlfriend.

Hello Dr. Solanki

So I can't reach orgasm.
Although I maintain full erection for more than an hour...but without orgasm...

During masturbation I can get both erection and orgasm very easily as I mentioned before.

I dont know if this problem will last long with me....however, what is ur recommendations to me?

Sincerely

Brief Answer:
it is anorgasmia

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Again sorry for delayed response.

You have anorgasmia.

You are suffering from anorgasmia.

There are many causes of anorgasmia:
Physical causes: medical diseases ( diabetes and neurological diseases), gynecologic issues, medications ( blood pressure medications, antihistamines and antidepressants), alcohol and smoking.

Psychological causes: mental health problems, such as anxiety or depression, stress, guilt about enjoying sexual experiences, past sexual or emotional abuse, relationship issues.

I guess there is no physical issue but likely psychological as you had orgasm during masturbation.

My recommendation is just wait for few days. There is no major issue. Enjoy masturbation without any apprehension. When you can do successful masturbation attempt sex without any apprehension or thinking about ejaculation as performance anxiety is likely playing a role.

Good luck.

Hello Doctor

Thank you for all your information.

Actually I will try over and over again and let you know the details. Nevertheless, I think that getting used to masturbation and staying away from real sex for years let me have difficulties now in having sex and enjoying it.
And as I mentioned, perhaps my penis became sensitive to the bed rather than to a woman flesh.

I hope I will get used to my new sexual life, and pass the barriers, although I am so glad that I fastly passed the erection dysfunction, but yet I am waiting to reach orgasm and ejaculation during real sex.

Regards
doctor

Hi,

Thanks for clarification. It is possible that due to lack of sex since few years you are facing such problem. Do not think much about your problem; try to enjoy sex without thinking about problem to avoid performance anxiety as I told in our previous discussion.
