Suggest Treatment For Anorectal Abscess

I underwent Fistula in ANo with Suprasphincteric Abscess in Pace hospital near my Buttocks close to anal -
and the wound is still in healing stage .
I have attached the wound picture which was taken few hours back to this query and please advise how is the healing and if I need to take
any more steps .
Date of Surgery : September 3rd
I am doing sitz batch once a day since last 10 days due to my busy work schedule .
Twice a day applying Betadine and Hydrogen Peroxide since last 10 days .
I get lot of tickling sensations after bathing and I feel like scratching but I wont scratch though . Is it because of Healing ?

The picture shows the wound is almost healing.
Only few mm are remaining and I hope this should be alright within this week or so.
Please continue the same regimen as it has helped you.
I hope you are still taking multivitamins supplements.
As discussed earlier the itching /tickling sensation is commonly seen in almost all the patients in the last healing stages.
The progress is good, although a bit delayed than expected; what is more important is it is healing and almost closing.
