Brief Answer: Get xray of affected ankle done. Detailed Answer: Hi, I have read your query. You should get X ray of affected ankle done in AP and Lateral view and discuss it with orthopaedic surgeon. I will need to look at the X-ray to be able to guide you. If possible update me about X-ray and physical examination findings and I shall guide you further. If you already have X-rays with you, please upload them here using the site's uploader. Pain killers can give some relief. Until you get these done, you can take oral pain killers like Ibuprofen (available over the counter). Regards Dr.Singh.
Note: For further queries, consult a joint and bone specialist, an Orthopaedic surgeon. Book a Call now.
